Inventory

Pro Lettings will carry out a detailed digital inventory of the property at the start of instruction and on the start of a tenancy. The tenant can sign digitally on the day of check in and the inventory is then re used against inspections and on the final checkout. Any issues during the tenancy are brought to the attention of the tenant and landlord to be rectified and to avoid any surprises on checkout. Our inventories are an important part of a tenancy and are carried out to protect both landlords and tenants so that any disputes can be settled without further action.
