Tenant Fees
To help as much as we can with the cost of moving house, we keep our Tenant Fees as low as possible. You can view all our fees by clicking on the icon above.

Deposit Protection
Government Legislation states that all deposits must be lodged with an approved Deposit Protection scheme. We ensure all deposits are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) as the start of your tenancy. At the end of your tenancy, should the property not be in need of any repairs, your deposit will be returned to you
Make a Payment
Making a payment is easy. Whether its a Application Fee payment, a payment for your deposit or monthly rental, there are a few ways to do this. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, standing order or Paypal. Please note that some methods will incur a transaction fee. Application Process
At Pro Lettings we make our Application process nice and easy. After viewing a property, the next step is to complete our online 'Tenancy Application Form' then make the Application Fee payment, to start the application process.
