Pro Lettings digital inventories record every detail of your property, from the moment we take over to when a tenant moves out including check in, inspections and check outs keeping you up to date with any on going issues so there are no surprises when the property is vacated
Fully Managed
For landlords who prefer to take away the hassles of property management, Pro Lettings can provide a fully managed service. This includes a Tenant Find package, plus collection of monthly rent, dealing with maintenance issues, quarterly inspections, monthly and yearly statements plus much more
Advertising
Pro Lettings have a variety of portals to advertise your property on, and find the right tenant for you. Alongside social media and digital advertising, your property will also have a 'For Rent' board installed outside the property, and will be included in our online digital brochure
Maintenance
At Pro Lettings we have invested in developing a maintenance system, to ensure any issues a property may have are dealt with quickly and in a professional manor. We track maintenance issues from start to completion to ensure problems are resolved as soon as possible
Services
Pro Lettings can provide various Landlord services. Whether your property requires a Gas Safety Inspection or an Energy Performance Inspection, we can take care of it. We provide fully qualified trades people to complete all certificates, and carry out all required maintenance
